Barcelona Tapas Bar occupies three of the top floors of a Puerto Vallarta building. Its dining room is mostly outdoors, offering a view of downtown and Banderas Bay from most of the tables. The food at Barcelona Tapas Bar is reasonably not bad and the service is attentive. The clientele appears to consist entirely of tourists from North America.
