"This is a short trough, probably Kohler Jarvis model, but it has classic continuously-flushing perforated pipe, controlled by key-operated valve. Albeit closed for winter, troughs are used in installations like these where the building is not heated, They can easily be drained for winter."
"This is a longer trough along [the] east wall of [the] north restroom... The flush valve, operated by push button, is out of order. The perforated pipe is missing and looks sawed off. Vandalism is apparent in this restroom."
