This picture was sent in by SG. He writes: "Franklin is a quaint town of some 3,500 residents in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. In an area first settled by the Cherokee Indians, the town recently celebrated its 150th anniversary. There are many unique and colorful shops along Main Street and this is where the town hall is situated."
