In addition to the bathroom's entire floor, all of the walls are covered in this unique type of tile which is installed at the edges of train platforms throughout the system. The raised bumps on the tiles are used to warn the visually-impaired of their proximity to the train tracks, while their bright yellow color does the same for the seeing passengers.
